Distilled vs. purified water: What’s the difference?
While a water distiller is initially more expensive than a carbon filter, or a reverse osmosis system, it’s the most effective at purifying drinking water and removes over 99% of contaminants. Popular water filters may or may not be helpful, and don’t appear to remove harmful radiation and other pollutants that make their way into our water supply.
